Childbirth Education

Thursdays, 6-8 pm, Nov. 29 to Jan. 3

Free to those planning to deliver at NVRH.  Learn relaxation, breathing and coping techniques, as well as physical exercieses to help you use your body more efficiently during labor and delivery.  Register by your 5th or 6th  month (28 weeks) of pregnancy.
