YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program -- FREE!
Thursdays, beginning September 21, 4:30-5:30pm
Do you have a family member with diabetes? Are you overweight? Are you 45 years old or older? Do you exercise less than 30 minutes most days of the week? If you answered "yes" to 2 or more of these questions, this program may be right for you. Participants meet weekly for 16 weeks for an hour and then monthly for the remainder.
