******************************************** Health Educational Series: Click here for a class schedule. Healthy Eating, Happy Cooking – A 3 session nutrition and cooking experience for individuals and their support person interested in improving food choices to support healthy living. We will enjoy the meals we prepare each session. Life with Diabetes Series – A 4 session interactive program to discuss skills for healthy living with Diabetes. Light meal included.
Staying Well with Diabetes – We meet every other month, on the last Monday of the month. Guest speakers present various topics, as a way to stay current in your self-care. A great opportunity to benefit from group support as you share experiences and information with other participants. Guidance is also available in creating achievable action plans to fit your health needs. Enjoy a light meal provided prior to meeting.

Who will I meet with? In our programs you will meet with a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator and/or a Registered Nurse, who will work closely with your physician.
Will my insurance cover visits or workshops? Our services are covered by all insurances. You will need a referral from your health care provider. We recommend you check with your insurance to verify coverage and co-payments. Our program is accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
