Physical Therapy

Physical and occupational therapy services provided by Dan Wyand, PT & Associates Outpatient Services are available at two convenient locations: Sherman Drive in St. Johnsbury and at the Lyndon Industrial Park adjoining the Corner Medical practice.

Patients admitted to NVRH receive services at the hospital. The staff is trained to perform comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a variety of disorders, including musculoskeletal, sports medicine, neurological, and post surgical.

To schedule appointments, please call 748-3722 or 745-1105 Monday through Friday
