Inpatients are people who are admitted to the hospital and are receiving care for medical or surgical reasons.
We believe that each patient is an individual and has the right to participate in planning care based on their individual needs. We also recognize that each patient is a member of a family unit who is important to their care.
Direct care is provided by nurses who work collaboratively with all health care providers to promote the patient's improvement or maintanence in health, and when necessary dignity in health.
