Surgical ServicesThe NVRH Department of Surgery continues to grow to meet the vast majority of the needs of the patients needing surgical procedures in our community.
Currently, our operating rooms handle over 3200 surgical and gastroenterology endoscopy cases each year, 93% are done as outpatient procedures. Advances in medical technology and anesthesia means many surgical procedures are minimally invasive allowing the patient to return home more quickly.
