St. Johnsbury Pediatrics
NVRH St. Johnsbury Pediatrics offers general pediatric primary care services. Recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance, St. Johnsbury Pediatrics places the patient’s and their family’s wants and needs at the center of their care. St. Johnsbury Pediatrics offers child psychiatry consultation services.
Our physicians and nurse practitioners work collaboratively to provide the best possible care for your child. They also have their own special interests:
Dr. Mark J. Price - attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
Dr. Karyn M. Patno - child abuse evaluations on Tuesdays in St. Johnsbury, and on Wednesdays at UVM Medical Center in Burlington.
Dr. Joshua Kantrowitz - chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, asthma, and gastrointestinal complaints.
Dr. Michelle Shepard - neonatal abstinence syndrome, family planning and contraceptive management
Dr. Elaine V. Stasny - inattention, problems in school, and sleep problems.
Debra Bixby, FNP-C - health teaching and wellness promotion.
Brenda Stewart, PNP-C - well child care, and working with young and/or new parents.
Kara Pool DNP, FNP-BC - wellness & health promotion and assisting patients and families with health behavior change
