GovernanceNortheastern Vermont Regional Hospital, Inc. is a public benefit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Vermont. The sole member of Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, Inc. is Northeastern Vermont Regional Corp. (NVRC). NVRC has as set forth in the Bylaws of the Corporation: Class A members of not less than 50 and not more than 225 persons are nominated by the Board of Directors and elected by the Corporators, and members of the NVRH medical staff who have served as members of the medical staff for at least six months.
