From the south:

Go north on Interstate 91 to exit 22. Take exit 22 turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right. (Alternatively you can take Route 5 into town, proceeding through St. Johnsbury.) You will come to a Price Chopper grocery store to your left and a set of traffic lights where you turn right onto Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.

From the north:

Go south on Interstate 91 to exit 22. Take exit 22 turning left at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right. (Alternatively you can take Route 5.) Approaching from the north you will come to an intersection with a Rite Aid drug store and Price Chopper grocery store to your right and a gas station to your left. Turn left onto Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.

From the west:

Take Route 2 to St. Johnsbury where you will pick-up signs for Interstate 91. Take Interstate 91 north to exit 22. Take exit 22 turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.

From the east:

Approach St. Johnsbury via Interstate 93. At St. Johnsbury junction with Interstate 91 and proceed north. Go north on Interstate 91 to exit 22. Take exit 22 turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.
